Sponsorship Kit

This document contains everything a provider agency, state association, corporate partner or other potential sponsor needs to formalize their support for the campaign. The latest version can be found under the “Support the Campaign” heading on the Supporters page.

Campaign Logos

Photo/Video Release Form

When capturing quotes, photos or video footage of story subjects, you’ll want to make sure you have their permission. You can use the campaign’s official release form, or adapt it to specify the purposes for which your organization will use the content captured.
